Thirteen years may sound like an “unlucky number” to some people, but at Weebz Mandiri, thirteen is our lucky number. It’s the number that reminds us how far we’ve come, how much we’ve learned, and how strong we’ve become together. Since April 18, 2013, PT Weebz Mandiri has grown from a small start into a stronger, more capable family built by persistence, collaboration, and a shared belief that the best chapters are still ahead. 

The path hasn’t always been easy, but we’ve never walked it alone. Each project and breakthrough idea has been powered by people who show up for one another. What makes Weebz Mandiri special isn’t only what we deliver. It’s how we grow: with grit, with laughter, and with a team spirit that keeps getting stronger year after year. 

Over the years, we’ve kept evolving by expanding our capabilities, sharpening our services, and learning quickly from every challenge that came our way. This year, we’re also stepping into a bigger chapter quite literally, with an expanded office and workshop that make our workspace wider to elevate productivity for everyone. Alongside that growth, our team has reached 51 people, and we achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certification audited by TÜV. This isn’t just growth you can see in square meters. It’s growth you can feel in how we work: better workflows, higher standards, and a safer, stronger foundation for what comes next. 

Last week, we celebrated our 13th anniversary in the Nusantara Meeting Room at the Weebz Mandiri office. It was warm, simple, and full of togetherness. The celebration also coincided with Kartini Day, so everyone wore batik or their choice of traditional clothing and brought a proud local touch to the day. No matter your title or role, we came together as one team to share stories, smiles, and the kind of energy that reminds us why we love building this journey side by side. 

One of the highlights was a series of games that instantly broke the ice and brought out everyone’s competitive (and hilarious) side. With prizes waiting for the winners, the room stayed loud with cheers and laughter. It was proof that sometimes the best way to recharge is simply to have fun together. 

As the day went on, the celebration became less about an agenda and more about connection. We shared conversations, took pictures, and created fresh memories in a familiar place. It was a reminder that our culture is built in small moments: the teamwork, the support, and the willingness to face whatever comes next together. 

Happy 13th anniversary, Weebz Mandiri. The journey is far from over, and with every challenge, every breakthrough, and every success, we keep shaping who we are. Here’s to bigger steps, stronger bonds, and a future that’s seriously fun.
