It feels like just yesterday, but it’s been 12 years since PT Weebz Mandiri first stood on its feet. It all began with one small step, one small team, and one big dream. On April 18, 2013, our journey officially began, a journey filled with challenges that has now blossomed into an incredible story of togetherness.

Not a single step has been easy, but every moment was shared. Every process, every collaboration, every milestone was built through ups and downs, laughter and sweat, hard work and unwavering commitment. It is what brought Weebz Mandiri to where it stands today.

We started out in 2013-2014 with just four people focused on trading, and have continued to grow ever since. In 2017, we moved into our official office building, which symbolises our growth and ambition. Between 2018 and 2019, we expanded our services to include operational and technical support. In 2020, we took a leap towards automation integration and project services. This was followed by the challenges of the pandemic in 2021–2022, during which our resilience truly shone. In 2023, we launched Weebz 2.0, confidently stepping into a new phase. Today, in 2024-2025, Weebz is establishing itself as a solutions provider, dedicated not only to delivering services, but also to solving problems, adding value and becoming a reliable partner for any future challenges.

This year’s celebration was more than just a party, it was proof of how far we've come and a meaningful reminder of the journey we’ve taken together. Held on May 7 at Harris Convention Hall, the celebration brought the entire Weebz family under one roof. A space that once stood quiet and empty was transformed into a warm, joyful room filled with laughter and smiles. There were no roles or ranks that day, only one big family, together as equals.

The event began with a heartfelt moment, a special recognition for employees who have dedicated five years or more to the company. It wasn’t just about awards it was about honoring loyalty, celebrating dedication, and saying “thank you” in the sincerest way.

From there, the situation was becoming more spectacular, starting from fun games activities, group singing, and a relaxed dinner brought everyone closer. Spirits were lifted, bonds were strengthened, and joy was shared across the room. The night ended with photo sessions that captured moments we’ll never forget, a celebration not only of time passed, but of the memories we’ll carry forward.

Happy anniversary, Weebz Mandiri. The journey is far from over, and the days ahead are full of new paths to take. So, let's keep walking growing further, staying stronger, and always together.
